Is this the first time you're hearing of female genital cosmetic surgery?

no. I had a relationship with a woman who had cosmetic surgery
on hers and it was absolutely beautiful.
Of course I have very definite opinions on what is & what is
not a pretty kitty.

It's great
to have options like this.
Although I'm not interested in having cosmetic surgery,
many people are, so if it makes you happier then go for
it.
also, if you earn your living using your body, this is a
wonderful option
