designer vaginas questionnaire response 45 Is this the first time you're hearing of female genital cosmetic surgery? no Would you re-design your vagina? – why? actually, I am a 39 y.o. male who has heard quite a bit about women having their labia reduced. To me...what a waste. I, just like all of my friends agree on the fact that women who are well-endowed are most sought after. I have had many, many, girlfriends and I have finally found "the one". She just so happens to have large labia that extends past her outer lips about an inch,,,an inch and a half when she is arroused...I LOVE IT!!!! I love the way she looks in a bikini, her panties, and OTHER obvious reasons!!! I would ask anyone who is considering having a reduction done...think twice. Men love labia...Trust Me.. This conversation makes me think... that women need to love their bodies..and not try to project the barbie doll image...a grown man does not want a vagina that looks like a 7 y.o.
