Yes, both inside and out. I have always had "large" labia and after 4 children and 4 vaginal births, they're even larger. It never bothered me before but now my boyfriend of 8 years has said they're too big so I take it that he does not like large labia as one guy said here.
I love the idea of making my vagina smaller inside since it's been a little stretched with the 4 vaginal births but it sounds too good to be true and $10,000 for both procedures (the inside and the out) it is definitely expensive.

that Society has really changed how we view our bodies. I have always been a sensual person and now I feel unattractive because my vagina doesn't look like the girls in Playboy or even those on the internet. What are we going to change next?
