feel that kids having oral sex is a better alternative to them having

definatly.
adults might think it is wrong or dirty, but we have to live with the
fact that children are going to experiment anyway, whatever we say.
And I know, that for my own children at least, if they are going to
experiment, I would prefer that it was oral rather than penetrative
sex, where there are a lot less risks to consider.

I am menstruating, I get very "horny" and do not like the

No. I do
not think there should be an age of consent because I feel that children
will experiment anyway. And many children are sexually active before
the age of consent anyway, so rules will be broken. However I think
that children should be taught about the "benefits"
of oral sex as opposed to penetrative sex at an earlier age, so that
children are aware that there are options.
