gynecologist review 13

  gynecologist review response 13
how old are you, and for how long have you been seeing your gynecologist?

I am 38 years old. I began seeing my gynecologist at the age of 22.

how did you find your first gynecologist? did your mother talk to you about it; did she take you to see hers?

I went blindly to see my first gynecologist and could hardly understand him.

do you feel comfortable to ask questions about your body, what you are experiencing, to discuss your sex-life?

I am getting more comfortable asking questions. When I had a sexual issue due to an antidepressant, he was NOT helpful and seemed embarrassed.

how often do you see your gynecologist? what does a regular exam consist of?

I see my gynecologist yearly. First he checks my vagina. I can hardly look at his face. He spreads my labia far part. He stopped using the regular speculum and somehow inserts a liquid that begins to slightly burn. When he's done with my vagina, he uncovers one breat at a time doing a careful check. He is always very gentle.

would you recommend your gynecologist - why, or why not?

Yes. I love him after all these years. I'm used to even his deficiencies like how we can't talk about sex.

what are all the factors that go into how you feel about your experience with your gyno?

does the reception and nursing staff play a role?

is there good reading material in the waiting room?

He is gentle is no. one. Number two, I like his personality, and number three I trust him. i like the recetion and nursing to be nice to me. I wish that the nurse wouldn't come in with us because my vagina is personal to me.

is there something more you'd like to be getting from your gynecologist that you aren't?

I'd like him to be able to talk openly with me about ways to have a more intense orgasm.

have you been treated for a disease or disorder? what was it? was it easily diagnosed? what treatment was prescribed, and was it successful?

Only vaginal yeast infections. Gynelotrimin works every time!

this conversation makes me think....

  I don't understand this question....
