For the record, the vagina is actually the canal inside. What I think of as the face of the vagina—the lips, the clitoris, the clitoris' hood, etc. all the parts you can see—that is called the vulva. I really really do like how my vagina looks. When I was younger (teens) I was extremely self-concious because one inner labia is longer than the other and can sometimes protrude, but now I love it. When I lie down on my side, from behind I think it looks like a clam or mussel sticking out it's tongue!;) Hee hee hee. I'm a pretty whimsical thinker, you see. And just in the past year I've started doing Brazilian wax, which makes it so soft and smooth. I love it!

I have never seen another vagina in person, but I just adore looking at the countless photos of vulvas on the web and seeing the amazing variation that we women have. I feel like vaginas are such a beautiful and precious part of our selves. I do compare mine to theirs, in part to reassure myself that I'm normal and healthy and attractive, but also just because it's fascinating and awe-inspiring.

I'm 30. I've been looking at my vagina for at least 10 years, but not really in depth until the past 2 years, since I've started giving myself bikini waxes ( I will NEVER again let someone else do that for me!). I look at it just about every day, it makes me feel affirmed and beautiful and sexy
