For the record, the vagina is actually the canal inside. What I think of as the face of the vagina—the lips, the clitoris, the clitoris' hood, etc. all the parts you can see—that is called the vulva. So, this questionnaire is about how you feel about how your vulva looks. No, but I am trying to like it. My inner labia are large and hang outside of my outer labia. I have always been very self-conscious of this - I was never sure if this was normal.

Recently I have been kind of obsessed about finding pictures of others vaginas on the internet to see how I compare. I try not to find professional porn shots - instead I look for amature shots and I have found there are many women who look somewhat like me - although I still think that mine are larger than the rest of them.

I am 25 years old and this is not the first time I have taken I good look at my vagina. I started to look at it during puberty, when the lips started to get bigger. I didn't used to look at it a lot, but now it seems like it is every other day. I am trying to like it, but it is hard.

I only discussed how I looked with one boyfriend. He didn't tell me he liked it, but he didn't tell me he hated it either. He said that there are a lot of girls wtih big lips. But then he would also joke around about them, calling them "meat curtains", "roast beef" and names like that.

Sometimes I want to get labiaplasty, but more than that I want to learn to love the way I look. I don't think that I should be ashamed of the way I look down there, but most of the time I am - especially when I get intimate with someone new. I have never really felt completly comfortable with myself.
