Laughing Sage Wellness Group
Laughing Sage Wellness Group offers a revolutionary model of health support for women in their reproductive years. Recognizing that the menstrual and sexual health concerns of younger women result from hormonal imbalances, Laughing Sage counselors use food medicinally to nurture, balance, and heal the foundation of a woman’s hormonal system, instead of masking or eliminating it with drugs or surgery. Our holistic health group pairs clients with insightful and compassionate counselors who are trained experts in holistic nutrition and women’ self-care. We serve as a virtual women’s health center, working nationally with women by phone and online.

Fertility Awareness Center
The Fertility Awareness Center has been teaching women and couples since 1981.Fertility Awareness is a system by which a woman can identify the days of her cycle that are fertile. If she does not have unprotected intercourse on those days, she cannot become pregnant. Thus, the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) can be used as a very safe and effective method of contraception ("birth control"). Fertility Awareness can also help you achieve and maintain pregnancy. By charting your cycle, you can tell if you are ovulating on a regular basis, and identify your fertile days so that intercourse can be timed optimally. At the website, you will find information about the method itself, as well as how you can learn it.

The Society for Menstrual Cycle Research, a nonprofit organization, was founded in 1977 by a multidisciplinary group of women who were pioneers in understanding the centrality of menstrual cycle research to women's health. SMCR is an interdisciplinary group of researchers, health care providers, policy makers, and students who share an interest in women's lives and health needs as they are related to the menstrual cycle.
SMCR's mission is to be the source of guidance, expertise, and ethical considerations for researchers, practitioners, policy makers and funding resources interested in the menstrual cycle.
SMCR offers a network of communication and support that spans discipline, professional responsibilities, and geography to provide woman-centered perspectives on menstrual experiences.

The Tampaction Campaign is a national, youth led effort to eradicate the use of unhealthy, unsustainable tampons and pads, institutionalize sustainable alternatives into our schools and communities, and infuse healthy attitudes surrounding menstruation into our culture's consciousness. We're letting the world know that bleedin' can be everyone's issue. In doing so, we work to destroy patriarchal taboos, end environmental degradation caused by disposable tampons and pads, and promote vaginal and menstrual health.
