i guess
the clinical definition would be something about
penetration, but to me it seems just as much about the mental
state as the physical. i think a woman can "lose her
virginity" to another woman without ever having a man inside
her.

your expectations of what the experience would be like prior to losing
your virginity?

i expected
it to hurt like hell and for there to be a lot of
blood.

i expected
to still be a virgin when i left skool as i am
quite shy, and have only had one real boyfriend.

what did
it feel like? was there blood? did your partner know it was your first
time and did you talk about it before?

My first
time was at a friends house, when i was 16. His
house is very big, with 8 or 9 bedrooms, and he had a small
party, couples only. each couple was designated a room to
sleep in after the party, although most couples disapeared
for short periods during the party. it came to about
midnight, and most people had gone upstairs. My boyfriend,
who i had been with for three years led me upstairs to our
room. We kissed and touched for a while, which we had done
many times before. Soon, i realised that i was feeling like
i had never felt before, and wanted to take things further.
I started to undress my boyfriend, and he soon caught on to
what i wanted, and began to undress me too. After a few more
minutes of kissing and touching, i realised his penis had
become hard and long. he reached over to where his jacket
was on the floor and removed a condom from his pocket. i
slid it onto his penis, and he slowly entered me. i was
surprised that it didn't hurt, and soon relaxed and began to
enjoy it. My boyfriend was very gentle with me, as i knew he
had lost his virginity when he was 12, and was worried i
wouldn't do it right. afterwards we curled up together and
went to sleep. We are still together 2 years later, and are
very much in love. I am glad i waited to have sex with
sumone special, instead of just doing it for the sake of
doing it.

my mum
just told me to be careful, only sleep with sumone i
wanted to sleep with, and to talk to her if i got into
trouble.
My friends laffed because i was the oldest virgin in our
group, but i'm glad i waited, and one friend recently told me
that she wishes she had waited.
