I believe
that "losing your virginity" happens when a man
enters your vagina with his penis. For me personally, I feel
I remained a virgin until actual intercourse, even though I
had engaged in oral sex before.

your expectations of what the experience would be like prior to losing
your virginity?

I expected
that losing my virginity would be a bigger deal
than it really was. Many people either make it out to be a
horrible experience or one in which they were quite
disappointed. For me, it was just a good time.

you, and was this the age when expected or intended to lose your virginity?

I was
21 years old, and I didn't expect that I would lose it
when and how I did.

what did
it feel like? was there blood? did your partner know it was your first
time and did you talk about it before?

It felt
pretty good. At first there was a lot of pressure,
but then I just felt really full. I only bled slightly. My
partner did know that it was my first time and that was
perfectly ok with him.

My family
had always told me that I should save myself for
marriage, but things end up happening...

your daughter about losing her virginity...

I would try to instill
in my daughter a sense of self-worth
and confidence in herself as a woman. I'd give her all the
information, and have to trust her from there to make the
right decision for herself.
