your expectations of what the experience would be like prior to losing
your virginity?

I was
certain that it would hurt like hell, even though i had
used tampons, because I was quite young.

you, and was this the age when expected or intended to lose your virginity?

I was
just 15 and my boyfriend was in the same year at school
but almost 16, I thought I would be at least 16, however I
dont regret losing it earlier one tinsy bit :)

what did
it feel like? was there blood? did your partner know it was your first
time and did you talk about it before?

I was
at a party, and so I'd had a little to drink, not so
much that I couldnt make my own decisions, but I think this
may have numbed the pain as it wasn't at all how I had
expected. But it was planned, and well thought through as it
was both mine and my partners first time, I think this made
the experience alot less nerve racking for me as I knew that
I wasn't the only one who was worrying. He was gentle and
very considerate of my feelings, and it felt nice but very
different to anything I had ever experienced before. We were
all ready very much in love, but when we were having sex I
felt our relationship would get stronger and it did! It
lasted about 10 minutes, which is quite long I think for a
first time, but as I have said I felt no pain so I'm
thankfull that it lasted so long. We both came, which is
pretty amazing too! I had used tampons before, but there was
some blood even though it didn't hurt at all, so my hymen
must have been partially there still. Im glad that I lost it
when I did, and I'm SOOO glad that I loved the person when
I'm with because I would have regreted it if I didn't. I
wouldn't have thought that I would have cared that much
before I lost it but I really understand all that make sure
your with someone you love rubbish they teach you at school
now.

what did
your mother, family, friends tell you about losing your virginity...

Well
I NEVER talked to my mum about it, we don't have one of
those tell each other everything relationships, and in my
opinion I think that there are some things that mothers just
should NOT know! EVER! Erm, I think she may have told me to
make sure that I was with someone I love when I was really
young,(im talking where do babies come from young). I do
appreciate that advise now. Then again she also told me to
make sure that I was older than 16 (legal age) so hmm. I dont
think that age really matters as long as you are sure and
obviously not too young. I was the first of my friends to
lost my virginity and I think that before we'd all just
thought that it would hurt alot.

your daughter about losing her virginity...

Don't be worried about
the pain don't let it be the only
thing to put you off having sex as there might not be any
anyway! Make sure your with someone you love, and that your
not too young (14 youngest). AND FOR GODS SAKE MAKE SURE YOU
USE PROTECTION. Make sure you have someone to talk to, and I
can't believe you have the courage to talk to me about this,
I'm very impressed, I would never have started the
conversation with you! (TIP: try and have time to sit and be
with the guy afterwards, i did'nt the first time, but the
second time I did and it made us so much stronger as a
couple)

How glad I am
that I lost my virginity how I did and with who
I did. It also makes me think my first time was actually
pretty damn good and that I am so lucky it didn't hurt
because I am the biggest whimp and my hymen was in tact! I
dont regret losing it in a party at all, I think that's
really humerous, as I had all my close friends at hand so I
could talk to them afterwards.It also makes me think of m
boyfriend that I lost my virginity to, that I love with all
my heart and am still with today :)
